Sub-processors

To deliver the ProveWise service, Zentrum24, LLC ("Zentrum24", "we") engages a small number of third-party sub-processors that process customer data on our behalf. This page lists them, in line with our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy.

We only engage sub-processors that provide sufficient guarantees to meet applicable data-protection law (including the GDPR where relevant), and we bind each one to written data-protection terms no less protective than our own.

Current sub-processors

Note. Depending on your deployment (self-managed vs. Zentrum24-hosted) and chosen region, the exact infrastructure sub-processors and their locations may differ. Enterprise customers can request a region-specific list.

International transfers

Where personal data of individuals in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland is transferred to the United States, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in our Data Processing Addendum.

Changes and notification

We keep this page current. When we intend to add or replace a sub-processor that processes personal data, we will update this list. Customers with an active DPA may subscribe to change notifications and, where provided in the DPA, object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds by contacting us before the change takes effect.
